Age

60+ and 50+ from hot spot postal codes in Scarborough

• M1B, M1C, M1E, M1G, M1H, M1J, M1K, M1M, M1P, M1R, M1S, M1T, M1V, M1W, M1X

Other Eligible Groups

• Pregnant individuals living or working in Scarborough, or who have a Scarborough-based obstetrician or midwife
• Those with the following high-risk health conditions who are scheduling their second dose:
  • Transplant recipients
  • Individuals receiving active cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy (“active cancer treatment” excludes those solely receiving hormonal therapy or radiation therapy)

TAIBU Community Health Centre (CHC) has been established to serve the Black Community as its priority population, and also serves all the residents of the Malvern neighbourhood as well as Francophone and Indigenous communities.
