Other Eligible Groups
- Adults receiving chronic home care. You would have received a letter from your home care provider if you are eligible. You will be required to bring this letter with you to your appointment.
- Individuals with highest and high risk chronic conditions
- Neurological diseases in which respiratory function may be compromised
- Haematological malignancy diagnosed in past year
- Kidney disease with eGFR< 30
- Obesity (BMI > 40)
- Other treatments causing immunosuppression (e.g., chemotherapy, immunity weakening medications)
- Intellectual or developmental disabilities (e.g., down syndrome)
- Caregivers for highest risk conditions (up to one caregiver for individuals with the health conditions listed above)
- People who live and work in high-risk congregate settings
- Individuals with no fixed address
- Pregnant Individuals
- Health care and community care workers
- Faith leaders at higher risk of exposures (e.g. end of life care, care of deceased, home visits, care in health care and vulnerable settings)
- Staff and essential caregivers in long-term care homes, high-risk retirement homes and First Nations elder care homes
- First Nations, Métis and Inuit adults

- Appointment Required
- The COVID-19 vaccine clinics are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, and cannot accommodate walk-ins.
- You will be booking your COVID-19 first dose appointment. You will receive confirmation of your second dose appointment after you receive your first dose.
- Please bring Photo ID, if possible – If you have a health card or other government ID, please bring it to your appointment. If you do not have a form of government-issued ID, you are still able to be vaccinated.
- Only bring an additional person if you need support. You may bring one support person if you have a language barrier or a significant cognitive or mobility issue.
- Each appointment is for one individual. If you are booking for multiple people, book one appointment for each of them.
- Individuals who had COVID-19 can still get the vaccine as long as they are no longer in isolation and not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
- If you have questions about the vaccine and your personal health history, please talk to your family doctor or primary care provider before booking an appointment.
